The conference is being held in Rockefeller Hall on the Vassar College campus in Poughkeepsie, NY.
Vassar College is located near the Hudson River between New York City and Albany, NY. Check out all the ways to get here.
Parking will be available on campus. The Days Inn (recommended hotel) and Dutch Cabin (social event venue) are within walking distance of the conference venue.
Meals aren’t included in the conference (just light snacks and beverages), so you’ll want to find lunch on your own or with fellow attendees before the conference starts on Thursday, and after we wrap up on Friday. There are several campus eateries within a few minutes’ walk of the venue, and lots more adjacent to the campus on Raymond and College View avenues. A list will be posted when registration is available.
